Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship orders Tuesday through Friday. Orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed. Business days are calculated as Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders placed outside of normal business hours will be calculated to have been received on the following business day.

Example: You place an order on Saturday night at 6pm Pacific time. Since your order was placed after 3pm on Saturday, your order will be deemed to have been placed on the following Tuesday (the next business day), and will ship by Thursday.

Please note that due to Shopify not allowing us to set our own shipping days and cutoff times, the estimated delivery date provided by Shopify may be off by one or two days.

 

In-store pickup

If you place an order for free in-store pickup, please allow at least 1 business day for us to prepare your order. (For example, if you place an order after closing on Saturday, please plan to pick up the following Wednesday or later, as we are closed Sunday/Monday and need to prepare your order on Tuesday.)  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders will be held for 1 week, after which time the order will be canceled, and the items placed back in inventory for others to purchase. Please plan to stop by the store within one week in order to pick up your order.
