Why am I seeing multiple listings for the same product?

As we are a consignment store selling exclusively pre-owned items, each item is unique, and thus has a unique listing. We encourage you to carefully compare condition and pricing information before purchasing, to ensure you get exactly what you are expecting.

Why are prices sometimes different for the same product?

Differences in pricing for the same product may be the result of a difference in condition, or simply because one has been for sale longer and is now discounted.

Are the photos on the website images of the actual item or stock photos?

Most of the photos on the website are stock images. However, we are working to add images of the actual items we have in stock as quickly as we can. Please reach out to us if you wish to view photos of an item prior to purchase.

What do the condition categories mean?

New - brand-new, still in original shrinkwrap.

Excellent - like new: if you paid full price you wouldn't be disappointed in the condition. Absolutely no writing in consumable workbooks.

Good - you can tell it has been read/used, but still in good condition. Very minimal writing. Most items fall into this category.

Fair - well read, bent pages, highlighting, writing, etc.

Poor - a lot of damage, torn cover, pages, stains, or significant writing. We rarely sell items in this condition.

How do I use my consignor credit to purchase online?

Simply log in on the checkout page using the email you provided to us when you consigned, and you can see your store credit (if any) and apply to your order!

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. We encourage you to carefully review the item description, including edition, condition, and condition notes, prior to purchasing. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, or wish to view additional photos of an item prior to purchase. 

How quickly do you ship orders?

We ship orders Tuesday - Friday. An order received before 3pm Tuesday - Friday will generally ship out the next day, but please allow 2 business days in case we experience higher than usual order volumes. We are closed Sunday and Monday, so orders placed after 2pm Saturday will generally not ship until the following Wednesday. (Packed on Tuesday, shipped on Wednesday.) Please note, that due to Shopify not allowing us to change our standard business days, some Shopify-provided shipping estimates may be inaccurate.

When can I pick up an order?

If you place an order for free in-store pickup, please allow at least 1 business day for us to prepare your order. (For example, if you place an order after closing on Saturday, please plan to pick up the following Wednesday or later, as we are closed Sunday/Monday and need to prepare your order on Tuesday.)  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders will be held for 1 week, after which time the order will be canceled, and the items placed back in inventory for others to purchase. Please plan to stop by the store within one week in order to pick up your order.
