Refund policy

All items are final sale. 

Due to the nature of pre-owned merchandise, no refund or exchange will be issued except in the case of the wrong item shipped or condition significantly different than as described. Whether or not the condition is significantly different than as described will be at our sole and complete discretion.

It is your responsibility to carefully review the product description, including edition, condition, and condition notes, prior to placing your order. Missing information in the product listing, such as edition or condition notes does not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange. If you need any more information on an item, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Should we ship the wrong item to you, we will send you the correct item in exchange. No refund will be issued unless we are unable to send you the correct item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the error. Upon confirmation that you did in fact receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a shipping label to return that item to us, or you can bring it back to the store. The correct item will not be shipped until we have received the incorrect item back.
